What we collect

When you use the interior planner we collect the details you type in: your name, mobile number, whether it is on WhatsApp, an optional email address, your city, property type, what you need, preferred style, budget range and timeline. We also record which page or campaign you came from (for example the advertisement or search that brought you here) so we know how people find us.

Why we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your enquiry and to prepare an estimate. We do not sell your details.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are saved in a Google Sheet that is accessible to Dwell n Decor staff, and may be copied to the web server as a backup.

Analytics cookies

If you accept analytics cookies we use Google tools to count visits and see which pages help people plan. If you decline, the site works the same and these tools do not load.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry by calling or messaging us on the numbers on the contact page.
