Living room TV wall with walnut panelling, marble accent and a long low storage unit

2BHK interiors

Make a 2BHK feel bigger than it is.

In a smaller home, every wall has a job. We design the storage, make it in our own factory and install it, so your 2BHK feels open instead of full.

Photograph is a style reference, not one of our completed projects.

  • Storage without crowding

Sliding wardrobes, wall-hung units and tall kitchen cabinets move storage up and off the floor.

  • Every corner earns its place

Awkward gaps, pillars and niches are measured and built into the design instead of left empty.

  • Start where it matters most

Begin with the kitchen and bedrooms, and add the rest later without the home losing its look.

A 2BHK at a glance

Typical size
Often around 1,000–1,400 sq ft
Bedrooms
Two, usually a master and a second room
Where the work goes
Kitchen, two wardrobes, TV unit, vanities
Best first step
Kitchen and the main bedroom

Sizes vary a lot between projects in Gurugram, Faridabad and the rest of the NCR, and brochures often quote super area rather than the space inside. Treat these as a guide and let us measure your home.

Living and TV

A wall-hung TV unit with closed storage below keeps the floor clear and the room feeling larger.

Best for
Compact living rooms that also hold the dining area.
Keep in mind
Keep the unit shallow where people walk past, and plan cable routing before the wall is finished.

Storage ideas

Space-saving ideas for a 2BHK

Small homes are won on storage. These are the things that help most.

  • 01

    Sliding wardrobes

Doors that glide mean no swing space is lost in a small bedroom.

  • 02

    Wall-hung TV unit

Lifting the unit off the floor makes the living room feel larger and easier to clean.

  • 03

    Tall kitchen units

Use the full height of the wall for pantry items and appliances.

  • 04

    Foyer shoe cabinet

A slim cabinet, around 30 to 35 cm deep, holds a family's shoes without crowding the entrance.

  • 05

    Mandir unit

A compact wall mandir with drawers below keeps puja items tidy and the space calm.

  • 06

    A bed that stores

A bed with storage underneath adds a wardrobe's worth of room without a wardrobe.

  • 07

    Study nook

A fold-down or wall-mounted desk gives work space that disappears when you do not need it.

  • 08

    Closed storage

In dusty NCR homes, closed shutters keep clothes, crockery and books cleaner than open shelves.

How it is made

Designed. Made. Installed. By one team.

  1. 01

    Designed

We start from your floor plan, your routines and your budget, then design each unit to fit your rooms — not a catalogue size.

  2. 02

    Made

Your interiors are manufactured in our own factory, so the same team that designed them controls how they are built.

  3. 03

    Installed

Our own installation team fits everything at your property, so there is one team accountable from first sketch to handover.

Scope

What a quote should cover

Two quotes for the same 2BHK can look very different, because one may include more than the other. Here is what we design, make and install, so you can compare like for like.

  • Modular kitchen: cabinets, shutters, hardware and accessories
  • Wardrobes for every bedroom, including the inside fittings
  • TV unit and living-room storage
  • Vanities, modular doors and loose furniture such as beds and tables, where you want them
  • Work such as false ceilings, painting, flooring or electrical changes is different from furniture. Ask us about anything you need and we will tell you plainly what we can take on.

Cost

What decides the price

We do not guess a number before we know your space. These are the things that move it.

  • How much of the home you do

A kitchen and two wardrobes cost very differently from a whole-home plan.

  • Size of the rooms

Larger kitchens and wider wardrobes use more material and take longer to make.

  • Finish

Laminate, acrylic, painted and wood finishes sit at different price levels.

  • Hardware

Soft-close hinges, runners and mechanisms vary widely in quality and cost.

  • Storage features

Pull-outs, drawers and organisers add convenience and cost.

  • Custom details

Panelling, a mandir unit or a study nook add design and making time.

Questions

2BHK interiors: what people ask

Where should I start in a 2BHK?

Most people start with the kitchen and the main bedroom wardrobe, because they hold the most daily storage. The living room and second bedroom can follow. Planning the whole home first keeps the finishes matching even if you build in stages.

Sliding or hinged wardrobes for a small bedroom?

Sliding wardrobes usually suit small bedrooms because the doors do not swing out. Hinged doors open the whole interior at once but need clear space in front. We look at your room and recommend what fits.

How do I stop a small living room feeling cramped?

Lift furniture off the floor with wall-hung units, keep storage closed, and choose light finishes. A shallow TV unit keeps walking space clear.

Does a builder floor or an apartment change the plan?

It can. Builder floors often have columns and door positions that affect where units can go, while apartments may have shafts and fixed services. We plan around yours from the on-site measurements.

Does carpet area or super area matter for planning?

Super area includes shared spaces like lobbies and lifts, so it overstates the space inside your home. We plan from the measurements of your actual rooms, which we take on site, not from the brochure area.

Do you make everything yourselves?

Yes. Your interiors are designed by us, made in our own factory and installed by our own team.

Which areas do you serve?

Gurugram, Faridabad and the wider Delhi NCR. Tell us your location when you enquire and we will confirm.

Ready to plan yours?

Tell us what you have in mind. It takes about a minute, and we will come back with the next step.
