Grand bedroom suite with gold-trimmed panelling, fluted columns and mirrored ceiling

3BHK interiors

Three bedrooms. One design language.

A 3BHK has a lot of rooms to get right. We design them together, make everything in our own factory and fit it ourselves, so the whole home feels consistent.

Photograph is a style reference, not one of our completed projects.

  • Rooms that match

Finishes and details are chosen once and carried through, so the kitchen, bedrooms and living room feel like one home.

  • Storage for a family

Three wardrobes, a kitchen and a living room carry a lot. We plan each for the person who uses it.

  • One team, not several

Design, manufacturing and installation stay with us, so there is no hand-off between different companies.

Planning ideas

What makes a 3BHK work

These are the details that matter most in a home with three bedrooms.

  • 01

    Three wardrobes, three plans

Each wardrobe is planned for its owner instead of copied from room to room.

  • 02

    Crockery and display unit

A tall crockery unit with a glass front keeps the dining area organised and a little special.

  • 03

    Mandir unit

Many families prefer to place the mandir in the north-east. We design it with storage for puja items below.

  • 04

    Foyer shoe cabinet

A closed cabinet near the entrance keeps shoes out of sight and the entrance tidy.

  • 05

    Study corner

A desk and shelves in a bedroom or the living area for children or work from home.

  • 06

    Utility and balcony storage

Closed cabinets for cleaning supplies and household items keep these spaces tidy.

  • 07

    Closed storage throughout

In dusty NCR homes, closed shutters keep clothes and crockery cleaner than open shelves.

  • 08

    Matching hardware

The same standard of fittings in every room, so nothing feels like an afterthought.

How it is made

Designed. Made. Installed. By one team.

  1. 01

    Designed

We start from your floor plan, your routines and your budget, then design each unit to fit your rooms — not a catalogue size.

  2. 02

    Made

Your interiors are manufactured in our own factory, so the same team that designed them controls how they are built.

  3. 03

    Installed

Our own installation team fits everything at your property, so there is one team accountable from first sketch to handover.

Scope

What a quote should cover

Two quotes for the same 3BHK can look very different, because one may include more than the other. Here is what we design, make and install, so you can compare like for like.

  • Modular kitchen: cabinets, shutters, hardware and accessories
  • Wardrobes for every bedroom, including the inside fittings
  • TV unit and living-room storage
  • Vanities, modular doors and loose furniture such as beds and tables, where you want them
  • Work such as false ceilings, painting, flooring or electrical changes is different from furniture. Ask us about anything you need and we will tell you plainly what we can take on.

Cost

What decides the price

We do not guess a number before we know your space. These are the things that move it.

  • How much of the home you do

A kitchen and wardrobes cost very differently from a whole 3BHK plan.

  • Number and size of wardrobes

Three bedrooms usually means three wardrobes, and their size and type matter.

  • Finish level

Laminate, acrylic, painted and wood finishes sit at different price levels.

  • Hardware level

Hinges, runners and mechanisms vary widely in quality and cost.

  • Kitchen layout

An L-shaped kitchen costs differently from a U-shaped one or one with an island.

  • Extras

A mandir unit, crockery unit, study nook or feature wall add to the work.

  • Site conditions

Builder floors and apartments differ, and any changes needed can affect scope.

Questions

3BHK interiors: what people ask

What does a 3BHK interior plan usually include?

Typically a modular kitchen, wardrobes for the bedrooms, a TV unit and living-room storage, vanities and doors. We confirm exactly what is in your plan once we know your home and what you want.

Can I do the 3BHK in phases?

Yes. Many families start with the kitchen and bedrooms and add the rest later. Planning the whole home first keeps the finishes consistent, even if the work is staged.

Is a builder floor different from a tower apartment for interiors?

It can be. Builder floors often have columns, stairs or door positions that shape where units fit, while towers have shafts and fixed services. We plan around yours from on-site measurements.

Should the three bedrooms match?

They share the same quality and details, but each can have its own character. A child's room and a master suite should not look identical, though they should clearly belong to the same home.

Does carpet area or super area matter for planning?

Super area includes shared spaces like lobbies and lifts, so it overstates the space inside your home. We plan from the measurements of your actual rooms, which we take on site, not from the brochure area.

Do you make everything yourselves?

Yes. Your interiors are designed by us, made in our own factory and installed by our own team.

Which areas do you serve?

Gurugram, Faridabad and the wider Delhi NCR. Tell us your location when you enquire and we will confirm.

Ready to plan yours?

Tell us what you have in mind. It takes about a minute, and we will come back with the next step.
